How long will delivery take?

You can check delivery times and conditions in function of your location by clicking here.
Generally you should expect the following:

  • "Favourite Restaurant Food" : foresee approximately 1 hour delay.
    Indeed, when you place an order, the restaurant prepares your dishes, which could take up to 50 minutes.
    We will deliver your dishes as soon as they are ready to your place.
  • "Dinner Party" : all orders are delivered daily between 5 and 7 pm.
  • "Business & Lunch" : orders are delivered at your best convenience every business day either between 10.30am to 12.30pm or between 5.00pm and 7.30pm

 

 
 
 

How much do I pay for the delivery?

  • "Favourite Restaurant Food" offer : delivery fees for Brussels' 19 districts and surroundings vary between 7.5€ and 10€.
  • "Dinner Party" : delivery fees are mostly 10€.
  • "Business & Lunch" : most locations in Brussels and surroundings are delivered for 12.5€

 

 
 
 

How do you package the dishes?

"Favourite Restaurant Food" dishes are packaged in containers especially made for RestoPresto,
keeping food warm, isolated and easily transportable.

 

 
 
 

May I receive cutlery and plates with my order?

You will receive upon request free plates, cutleries, salt & pepper and napkins with your order.
Just mention it to the operator when placing your order or ask it to the delivery person.

 

 
 
 

Do you deliver any beverages or other extras?

Our delivery boys may purchase some last minute needs such as softdrinks, beer or cigarettes from nightshops on their way to you. This service is free, but availability is subject to confirmation by the operator depending on our schedule.

 

 
 
 

Are the prices charged by RestoPresto the same as those charged in the restaurants?

Prices are those indicated by the restaurants and are the same as on restaurant menus, unless adapted recently by the restaurants.
We simply add a delivery charge to the total cost of your order, if you order from multiple restaurants, delivery charges will depend on the number of selected restaurants.

 

 
 
 

Who prepares the meals?

  • "Favourite Restaurant Food" and "Dinner Party" meals are prepared by the Chefs of the selected restaurant.
  • "Business & Lunch" dishes are daily prepared by a professional production atelier exclusively for RestoPresto.

 

 
 
 

How do I pay for my order?

Payments by cash or credit cards are accepted.
We also have a payement mode by GSM.
Monthly invoicing solutions are available to companies.

Where do you deliver to?

  • "Favourite Restaurant Food" is delivered to the 19 districts of Brussels and surrounding areas.
  • "Business & Lunch" and "Dinner Party" are available all over Belgium.

How does a corporate account work?

Our corporate customers have specific needs in terms of ordering, payment and invoicing facilities. Besides the possibility of requesting a purchase order confirmation invoice, you can open a RestoPresto corporate account. No payent at delivery, only when you receive the invoice at the end of the month.

Information of your company's specific operations you may request: restricted list of authorized people and delivery addresses, password protections, bill with charge codes or references per order, etc.
