GENERAL CONDITIONS By simply placing an order, each customer implicitly and fully complies with the present general conditions. With the aim of satisfying the customer, RestoPresto may modify the following sales conditions as well as its product range. Customers will be notified of any changes via our webpage. 1. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES When a client signs the delivery coupon he approves the order. No objections regarding the quantity will be accepted after the delivery boy or girl has made the delivery. For hygiene reasons, the merchandise can neither be exchanged nor taken back.RestoPresto declines all responsibility if the products are not consumed immediately or if they are delivered outside the indicated delivery time. The timeframe is only given as an indication. Our delivery boy or girl may be ahead of time. In case the customer is absent at the time of delivery, we will be obliged to charge the delivery fee twice. RestoPresto declines all responsibility in the event a microwave or any other heating device is used to heat up the products. Heating is forbidden by default unless specified on the packaging. RestoPresto carefully selects the quality offered by each of its partner restaurants in terms of preparation. However, RestoPresto’s responsibility can in no circumstances be substituted by the professional responsibility of the partner restaurants it represents. RestoPresto must be immediately informed of any disputes regarding the quality of the meals delivered. In such cases, the disputed dishes must be returned to RestoPresto in full in exchange for another meal delivered by RestoPresto. For any orders requiring plates and cutlery, the client commits to returning the clean utensils to RestoPresto within 24 hours. The photos and illustrations shown on our website and in our brochures are not contractual. 2. ORDERS AND DELIVERY You may order by telephone on 02.230.00.70, by fax on 02.230.000.71 or online: www.restopresto.be every weekday from 10:30 to 23:00. However, we can only take your orders as long as the partner-restaurants are open. The orders are delivered directly to the specified addresses in the shortest possible time. RestoPresto cannot be held responsible for any errors or late delivery in the event the information given by the customer is incomplete or inaccurate. We therefore recommend you check the accuracy of your contact details when you send them to us. RestoPresto cannot be held responsible for any late delivery or failed attempt to deliver if the delivery boy or girl cannot access the premises (barriers, closed door, etc.). Any additional orders requiring an extra delivery will necessarily incur supplementary delivery charges. RestoPresto may request a minimum number of courses per delivery at the time of order. 3. SALES PRODUCTS The prices may be reviewed at any time without any notice. The prices invoiced are those in force on the day of the order. They are subject to the legally applicable rate of VAT. Should this rate be revised, our prices are affected proportionally. Any newly created tax or other expenses, or any modifications to already existing ones, will incur an automatic adjustment of the prices. 4. PAYMENT There are four available means of payment: a. Cash payment upon delivery. For security reasons, our delivery boys and girls only carry a small amount of change. The customer is therefore asked to prepare the exact amount of cash beforehand. b. Credit card payment over the phone. RestoPresto offers you the possibility of paying your order by credit card. You are asked to communicate your credit card number in all confidentiality via our main phone number: 02/230.00.70. The payment is made immediately. Any rejection of the credit card by the banking institution may lead to the cancellation of the order or the collection of the amount owed by the customer in cash upon delivery. The credit card payment incurs a surcharge of € 0.5 VAT inclusive. c. Bank transfer paymentUpon the customer’s request, RestoPresto can send up to two invoices a month stating the customer’s orders since the last invoice. For customers with a RestoPresto account, and with outstanding invoices, we request that you pay these invoices in full upon receipt by bank transfer to ING account: 310-1805536-64. All details must be mentioned on the bank transfer document. Late payments may incur a late-payment charge which, in conformity with the law, is equal to 10 % of the total amount in addition to the late-payment charge. 5. LEGAL INFORMATION RestoPresto declares that all personal data will be treated in accordance with the December 8, 1992 privacy law. By agreeing with the general sales conditions, the customer agrees to receive occasional information about products and services from RestoPresto or its partners. The customer may unsubscribe from receiving this information at any time. Alcohol abuse is bad for your health; please consume in moderation.
